I graduated from Midwest City High School in 1996, from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors degree in 2001 and from the University of Houston with a Masters degree in Education in 2004. I am currently working on my Doctor of Athletic Training from A.T. Still University and in the second year of that program.
I have a Bachelors and Mastes degree and am currently working toward my Doctor of Athletic Training degree. I am a certified teacher in the state of Oklahoma. I am also a certified athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification and am a licensed athletic trainer in the states of Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana.
I am currently on the Oklahoma Athletic Trainers Association Secondary Schools Committee.
I started teaching at Okarche High School in August of 2018. I currently teach Health, Human Anatomy and Sports Medicine. I am also the athletic trainer for Okarche Athletics.
Prior to working at Okarche, I spent three years as an athletic trainer in the Miami Marlins organization as the athletic trainer in New Orleans and two years as medical coordinator. Previous teaching experiences include teaching Sports Medicine at Millennium High School in Goodyear, AZ. I also have experience working as an athletic trainer at the NCAA Division 1 level with stops at the University of Texas and Kansas State University. My first position as an athletic trainer was with the Texas Rangers organization where I served as an affilate athletic trainer in various levels of the organization as well as rehabilitation coordinator and medical coordinator.
I have been married to Jill Bobier since December 16, 2006. We have a 3 year old daughter named Madison. We also have a dog named Bubbles and a cat named Sox.
When I am away from school, I enjoy spending time with family and traveling to Arizona.
